Susan Li is everything you would want your Real Estate Agent to be. She is very knowledgable of the local housing market and knows how to price your property to sell. Susan spent considerable time helping us buy a home that fit our needs perfectly. She recently helped us sell this home quickly and we received multiple offers. After a couple of home offers that came up short, she found a home for us that was exactly what we were looking for. She works very hard and handles all the paper work and details of the sale. Highly recommend!! We first met her when we were looking at a house to buy and she was the seller`s agent at the time. It didn`t work out but decided to try her since we had 3 other agents previously and things did not go well with them either. We were pretty new to the area and wanted to look all over Onondaga County and the other agents were not too happy that we wanted to see so how many homes without deciding on any, but Susan was different. She was very patient with us and gave us good advices. She gave us alot of great feedback on houses that we were looking into and it helped us to figure out exactly what we wanted. It took awhile but we found the right home and we love it. Since my husband and I were working full time when we were looking, we did alot of communication through text and email and she always worked with our crazy work schedule. Loved her so much we had her help us look for our own place of business as well.
